Job Title: Project Systems Integration Manager

Egis Ireland, part of the Egis global consulting and engineering group, is seeking a highly skilled Project Systems Integration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Rail team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design and integration of complex rail systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the design to ensure a complete and fully integrated final design is achieved to meet quality requirements.
  • Manage the design, construction, and system integration across all packages and interfacing projects to ensure the program is adhered to in terms of safety approvals and technical approvals and acceptance of each stage in accordance with I-SET-9100 Engineering.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to reporting – safety, technical, program, and cost.
  • Contribute to the management of risk in accordance with the contract, operating the early warning and risk-reduction process, maintenance of the risk registers including the employer's project risk log, contract risk register, and early warning risk register.
  • Provide technical support to the overall commercial and contract management for the project.
  • Provide technical inputs to program monitoring & scheduling as applicable to administering the NEC 4 Option C Target Cost contract with activity schedule.
Requirements:
  • Degree in either Project or Construction Management, or Engineering or related project management qualification.
  • Experienced in using NEC 3 or 4 contracts, preferably Option C - target cost contracts at post-contract stage.
  • Working knowledge of NEC Contract Mechanisms.
  • Coordinating design development and construction activities to deliver a cost-effective, high-quality, and safe approach to design, construction, commissioning, and other technical activities.
  • Management of project controls (design submissions/RFI's/submittals/meeting minutes/approval of processes).

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-Diploma of Higher Education / Associate's Degree / BTEC Higher National Diploma
  • 2-5 years of experience
