Procurement Manager CAPEX Project Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our CAPEX project procurement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with procurement execution standards.
- Manage and oversee procurement processes, including supplier performance evaluation and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective procurement processes and support are in place.
- Lead and direct procurement activities, fostering collaboration between partners and systems.
- Ensure compliance with procurement execution standards, including the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Novo Nordisk procurement standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master, MBA, or Engineer) in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on CAPEX projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in management, either direct or transversal.
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams, motivating skilled professionals.
- Fluent level of English and French.
- Effective and experienced communicator.
- Sociable with a positive approach, creating strong stakeholder relations.
- Strong, endurant, and flexible mindset.
