Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist

About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to the administrative and financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

- Receive and process incoming mail, sort and distribute as needed.

- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.

- Manage emails and print relevant documents.

- Record customer orders and assist with preparing bid proposals.

- Prepare and organize administrative documents for response files.

Vehicle Fleet Management:

- Regularly monitor the company's vehicle fleet.

- Schedule maintenance appointments at the garage.

- Process insurance claims electronically.

Accounting:

- Monitor the company's cash flow.

- Manage invoices from suppliers and customers.

- Record and verify accounts.

- Prepare and submit VAT and other tax declarations.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and balance sheets.

Various Tasks:

- Track and account for expense reports.

- Organize and archive documents and files.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in administrative and accounting software (SAGE).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and precision in administrative work.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

- Degree in administration, accounting, or management.

- Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws is required.
