Job Opportunity
Within the Global Market Operations department at Natixis, you will be part of the Trade Support Global Securities Financing team, based in the trading room.
Your daily mission will be to:
- Manage TRS bookings, adjustments, unwinds, early unwinds, maturity, rolls, and other related tasks.
- Manage TRS resets, including pay-offs, coupons, fixings, and PEA TRS valuations.
- Manage securities transactions, such as restriking on the TRS.
- Control hardblocking and hire acts on the AMC and TRS.
- Manage loan-borrowing scope and repository in FO systems, including third-party creations and fee settings.
- Assist traders in monitoring critical points related to position management, including short positions and missing events.
- Participate in expressing FO needs, developing internal tools to improve the FO to BO chain, and proposing optimizations to reduce manual interventions.
You will work in an international environment with a community of experts who value excellence, impact, and collective action.

Required Skills and Qualifications
About you: If you have a higher education in finance and at least 5 years of experience in a front office support service, you may be a good fit for this role.
You should be familiar with equity products, market activities, and the FO to BO processing chain. Proficiency in Sophis and Summit is a plus, as well as standard office tools and VBA.
You should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to propose improvements to existing processes.
You should master English with a C1 level.
