Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mechanical engineering studies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of wind turbines
- Develop innovative technical solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of production assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the digital transformation of mechanical engineering activities
- Perform in-depth failure analysis, design, and retrofit studies to optimize asset performance
- Communicate study results effectively to stakeholders
- Provide expert mechanical engineering support to maintenance teams and asset managers globally
- Contribute to the development of production asset feedback and insights
- Participate in wind or solar park inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance
- Develop and maintain technical procedures, operating instructions, and intervention reports
- Engage in technical interventions or tests on production assets to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong interest in digital tools and digitalization, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally knowledgeable in SAP
- Rigorous, autonomous, structured, methodical, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of the language
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Additional Information:
- Ability to work at heights of over 100 meters, with a willingness to climb wind turbines
- Position location: Montpellier or Colombiers, France
