Team Overview:
As part of the Energy Business Line, the Software Grid Solution (SGS) division is tasked with overseeing the Smart Metering / Smart Grid software server product line, ensuring its integration into client ecosystems, and delivering a variety of services to customers, including SaaS, DaaS, platform operations, and audits. The Cybersecurity Officer role is situated within the SGS unit, which collaborates with multiple R&D centers located in various countries. The projects undertaken are extensive, managing a network of over 30 million smart meters. The officer is charged with upholding the DSSI regulations concerning Security by Design principles, client security agreements, and the services provided. This position offers a significant degree of independence within the Sagemcom Group.
Role Objectives:
Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard the cybersecurity of services, solutions, information systems, and related data throughout their entire lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Director of Software Grid Solutions, you will be accountable for ensuring the security of services, solutions, and products that are developed, implemented, managed, and/or offered by the organization, in collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, the Sagemcom Group Information Systems Security Directorate, the Research and Development unit, and inter-company teams.
This position necessitates a high level of autonomy, with the individual expected to execute tasks independently, take initiative, and oversee cybersecurity projects that align with the business objectives of the entity and the overarching cybersecurity goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships within the Energy Business Line
- Drive continuous security enhancements for the SGS division and its products
- Oversee the cybersecurity roadmap
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Cybersecurity and possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You are capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing projects without direct oversight. Familiarity with Cloud service models (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) and their associated challenges is essential. You should also have a foundational understanding of various cryptographic methods, including authentication, digital signatures, and encryption.
