Job Title: Account Manager for Public Markets - Networks, Cybersecurity & Telecom F/H
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at FAYAT, responsible for developing business with existing public market clients and acquiring new clients promoting our IT services.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client account management, IT networks, cybersecurity, and telecom commerce, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships with public market clients.
- Lead project teams in developing client offers and ensuring services are properly documented for service delivery and invoicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of commercial activities in CRM tools and assist in resolving commercial client disputes.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in client account management and IT networks, cybersecurity, and telecom commerce.
- Bachelor's degree with significant experience in sales and business development.
