Our TeamYou will join a team of IT professionals involved in the delivery and maintenance activities performed by the shared services team of and for the AXA Group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage backup platforms
- Participate in project teams for future backup solutions
- Install, upgrade, and maintain platforms
- Monitor production and resolve technical incidents
- Analyze and document production
- Support incident, problem, and change management
- Improve operational system stability and performance
- Develop and implement operational guidelines and documentation
- Cloud knowledge: Security, Networking, AWS, Azure
- Commvault solutions and IBM Spectrum Protect V8 or later expertise
- Scripting skills and automation (Korn shell mandatory, PowerShell a plus)
- Strong general knowledge in IT and data center infrastructure architectures
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a backup environment
- Knowledge in Windows, Linux, VMware
- Good reporting skills
- English mandatory, French/Dutch speaking a plus
- Autonomous, teamwork spirit, and self-organized working
- Curiosity, assertiveness, pro-active mindset
- Customer-centric and result-oriented
- Ability to work in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations
