SEO Manager Role at MotorK

MotorK is a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector.

Our mission is to empower manufacturers and dealerships to sell more with innovative, cloud-based products and services, providing a top-notch digital customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable search terms and opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, meta tags, headings, and page optimizations.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed and mobile optimization.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Prepare progress and performance reports to monitor the effectiveness of SEO strategy.
  • Perform monthly website audits to identify SEO risks and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an SEO Strategist, preferably in a senior role, demonstrating prior experience with creating and executing SEO strategies.
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or SEO Analyzer).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, industry best practices, and current events.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML.
  • Knowledge of Analytics to break down data sets and create custom reports.
  • Keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with clients.
