Position Overview

Hobson Prior International Ltd is in search of a Business Strategy Manager to lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Enhance and optimize business workflows to ensure they align with corporate objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales & Operations Planning: Spearhead the Sales & Operations Planning initiatives, manage stock levels, and supervise the product lifecycle.
  • IBP Process Management: Develop and refine the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that business and financial targets are in sync with the organization’s long-term vision.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the lifecycle of products, including the introduction of new offerings and market expansion strategies.
  • Innovation in Analytics: Foster advancements in analytics and business intelligence.
Qualifications

A degree in Life Sciences or Business, complemented by a recognized Supply Chain Management certification such as APICS CPIM or a Finance/BA qualification.

Proven experience in leading Sales & Operations Planning within a dynamic global organization, translating it into effective Integrated Business Planning (IBP) that incorporates financial considerations.

Strong business and financial insight, with a comprehensive understanding of how supply chain planning decisions influence financial statements.

Extensive experience in supply chain, business, or finance within an international context.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
