Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless implementation and onboarding of structured financial transactions for our clients throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the comprehensive implementation of structured finance agreements, including Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance, while collaborating closely with Operations, Technology, and Services.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accurate setup instructions and successful project completion.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and various business lines, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-business collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic alignment.
  • Establish best practices for project execution and maintain effective communication with senior management regarding project status.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop tailored implementation plans for each project, utilizing established project management methodologies.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess project progress and address any concerns.
  • Provide timely updates on implementation status and escalate issues affecting client satisfaction to senior management.
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues across Europe and globally to ensure efficient client onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative in leading change for enhanced client delivery.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and demands from various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Understand the specific needs of clients and maintain open communication with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Coverage.
  • Engage proactively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support for client needs from the outset.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of global trade finance structures, particularly in Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques.
  • Strong motivation and drive to deliver complex financial solutions and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to client requirements.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders across diverse regions.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of timely and quality project delivery.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while effectively resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple demands and resolve conflicts.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to client-centric service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with market platforms.
