At CDPQ, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team of infrastructure experts. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives and drive the growth of our infrastructure portfolio.
About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced infrastructure professional to join our team in Paris. As a Director of Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for contributing to the achievement of our commercial objectives and the growth of our infrastructure portfolio by identifying and executing high-quality infrastructure transactions that meet our risk-return criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and select high-potential infrastructure transactions for analysis and due diligence.
- Produce in-depth and high-quality analyses of infrastructure transactions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Lead and coordinate the execution of infrastructure transactions, including negotiation and structuring.
- Conduct thorough and independent due diligence on infrastructure investments, using internal and external resources as needed.
- Prepare and present complex infrastructure transactions to our investment committees and other decision-making bodies.
- Monitor and manage infrastructure investments, including asset management and risk monitoring.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to create value in our infrastructure portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investment partners and industry experts.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies for managing our infrastructure investments.
- Participate in the development of our infrastructure strategy and contribute to the growth of our infrastructure portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure investment management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the infrastructure sector.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
