Infrastructure Manager
La CDPQ recherche un Infrastructure Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion des investissements dans les infrastructures. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience pertinente dans la gestion des investissements dans les infrastructures, avec une connaissance approfondie des infrastructures, de l'énergie ou d'autres secteurs pertinents, idéalement en Europe.
Responsabilités
- Sélectionner rigoureusement les dossiers qui feront l'objet d'une analyse préliminaire.
- Produire des analyses approfondies et de qualité, alignées sur les critères d'investissement du secteur sélectionné, y compris la supervision de la modélisation financière complexe.
- Faire preuve de leadership dans les dossiers d'investissement.
- Coordonner et exécuter, avec les analystes de l'équipe, la structure de la transaction et sa négociation, y compris le financement, si nécessaire.
- Mener des revues de diligence raisonnable de manière indépendante, approfondie et complète, en utilisant les ressources internes et/ou externes appropriées.
- Préparer et recommander des dossiers complexes aux comités d'investissement et autres organes décisionnels de la Caisse.
- Surveiller rigoureusement les dossiers et agir en tant qu'administrateur désigné sur les conseils d'administration des investissements sous votre responsabilité.
- Identifier et générer de nouvelles opportunités pour créer de la valeur dans les investissements surveillés.
- Développer des relations d'affaires privilégiées avec les dirigeants d'entreprise et divers partenaires financiers et industriels des investissements surveillés.
- Évaluer, recommander et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de détention pour les intérêts dans le portefeuille.
- Participer à la mise à jour du tableau de bord pour chaque investissement sous votre responsabilité afin d'assurer une surveillance proactive des activités de l'entreprise, du profil de risque de l'investissement et de sa juste valeur.
- Présenter un examen trimestriel des dossiers sous gestion pour l'ensemble du temps.
