HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant who demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional service and possesses a keen eye for detail. Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, furniture, and cabinets in guest accommodations.
- Ensure outdoor areas and furnishings are tidy and presentable.
- Sanitize guest bathrooms and replenish linens and toiletries.
- Dispose of waste from all receptacles within guest rooms.
- Strip and remake beds in accordance with hotel standards.
- Inspect and clean lamps and lighting fixtures.
- Refill ice buckets as needed.
- Check and restock hotel materials and stationery as required.
- Attend to any additional requests from guests.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or defects in guest rooms to the Supervisor.
- Communicate guest feedback or concerns to the Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys and storage areas at all times.
- Ensure all waste is cleared from trolleys and corridors before ending shifts.
- Position linen carts back in their designated spots in the hallways before concluding duties.
- Exhibit politeness and courtesy towards guests and staff consistently.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
- Focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Fulfill any other reasonable requests made by Management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping role.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Always presentable and professionally groomed.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
