Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the industrialization process of aerospace products for seamless integration into the final assembly line.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on technical progress at every stage of the project.
  • Manage project specifications, ensuring alignment with technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project.
  • Guarantee project completion within established timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate effective communication both internally and externally.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication skills, able to inspire and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Experience in overseeing complex, high-stakes projects and making strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project and relevant dashboards.

Your Profile:

A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. A keen interest in intricate projects and adept problem-solving skills. Recognized for your technical expertise, inquisitiveness, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
