Position Title: Industrialization Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the industrialization process of aerospace products for seamless integration into the final assembly line.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on technical progress at each phase of the project.
  • Oversee project specifications, ensuring alignment with technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct all phases of the project.
  • Guarantee project delivery within established timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven leadership capabilities with strong communication skills, able to inspire and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
  • Experience in managing intricate, high-stakes projects with a focus on informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management software, including MS Project and related dashboards.

Your Profile:

A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. A strong passion for complex projects and adept problem-solving skills. Recognized for technical expertise, inquisitiveness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
