We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Senior Manager to join our Company Development department at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our Strategy function, you will be responsible for originating and executing M&A and JV projects.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the origination of M&A deals, structuring and negotiating transactions with external parties, and managing the internal approval process.
- Oversee the successful completion of transactions, ensuring optimal execution and identification of associated risks.
- Coordinate with external advisors, including investment bankers, lawyers, auditors, and strategy consultants.
- Strong education in Finance and/or engineering background.
- Complete fluency in English is mandatory, with fluency in a second language (ideally French or German) required.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of ~10 years of M&A experience, gained either in an advisory capacity or in an in-house corporate development team, with a clear track record of successfully executing transactions. Prior aerospace & defence industry expertise is a significant advantage.
