We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our team at DNV. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our projects, from contract review to project close-out.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report on project financials, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Proactively initiate and manage invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and global procedures.
- Act as a business partner to Project Managers, providing financial guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Analyze and challenge financial data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct regular financial reviews with Project Managers, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and profit margin recognition.
- Manage project financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor WIP to ensure future collectability and take proactive actions to minimize.
- Analyze projects for high-risk items and inform business controllers where necessary.
- Carry out timely reviews of opportunities and bids, ensuring compliance with chart of authority limits.
- Support Project Managers and staff with basic financial queries and increase awareness of commercial topics on projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
- Up to 6 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in project controlling.
- English and French language skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI tools and advanced Excel.
