Job Title: Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator

At Château de Pommard, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Care and Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless wine deliveries worldwide, managing customer requests, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery, adhering to customer requirements and international regulations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage documentation for goods movement, ensuring compliance with international regulations and updating internal procedures as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor wine stocks, dry stocks, and inventories to optimize logistics processes and prevent stockouts.
  • Supplier and Carrier Management: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and carriers to ensure complete coverage and maximum efficiency.
  • Customs and Legislation: Stay up-to-date with the latest European and international customs legislation to ensure optimal compliance.
  • Customer Care: Ensure order monitoring, delivery follow-up, and address changes for customers worldwide, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Claims and Disputes: Handle claims and disputes related to orders, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly and annual reports for the Customer Care and Delivery Manager, analyzing logistics processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, or Order Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated Logistics/Supply Chain Coordinator/Customer Service experience within an international context.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, comfortable with IT tools, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English, with French being a key requirement.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can step back and optimize logistics processes, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and representing Château de Pommard as an ambassador.
