Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant/e Transitaire, you will take on vital responsibilities, including the entry of delivery receipts during the afternoon hours.
Become a part of a vibrant team that ensures an efficient and orderly workflow in the transit sector. Your role will encompass a variety of engaging and challenging tasks.
- Accurately input all delivery receipts into the system
- Compose professional correspondence in English
- Work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team to maintain consistent workflow
- Tackle challenges efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We seek a dynamic and adaptable ASSISTANT TRANSITAIRE who is comfortable with afternoon hours and possesses strong English language skills.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
- Proficient in drafting professional emails in English
- Skilled in computer applications and data entry
- Background in logistics or transportation is advantageous
- Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Open to candidates with varying levels of experience
- Permanent employment contract
