Position Overview
- Directing a team of architects, designers, and FPGA verifiers to create signal processing frameworks for RF products and sensor algorithms for Inertial systems.
- Guaranteeing that designs adhere to performance, latency, and dimensional specifications.
- Strategizing and overseeing resource distribution.
- Crafting logic in accordance with project limitations and certification standards.
- Managing expenses, risks, and potential opportunities.
- Recognizing Make or Buy possibilities.
- Delivering transparent progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Guiding both seasoned and novice team members.
- Ensuring adherence to established methodologies.
- Engaging in evaluations and approvals of deliverables.
- Supervising subcontracting and client interactions.
- Offering technical assistance to FPGA teams.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in FPGA design with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in FPGA architecture, design, and verification processes.
- Expertise in HDL languages and advanced verification techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of STA constraints, simulation tools, synthesis tools, and configuration management.
- Background in advanced verification methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
