The Pre-Sales and Support Engineer is integral to the organization, serving as a liaison between the support and sales divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business expansion.
Support Duties:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OKTAL-SE software products.
- Manage level 1 support inquiries with effective communication to clients.
- Collaborate with technical specialists for advanced support levels.
- Ensure prompt resolution of support issues.
Pre-Sales Duties:
- Partner closely with the sales team as the technical authority.
- Respond to technical questions from clients regarding OKTAL-SE solutions.
