IT Operations Manager: Streamlining Corporate IT Infrastructure

Dataiku, a pioneering force in the AI revolution, seeks an accomplished IT Operations Manager to spearhead the company's daily operations. With over 1,000 teammates across 25 countries, Dataiku is shaping the future of AI through its platform that makes data actionable and accessible.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, collaborating with various departments, and participating in daily IT operations, including SaaS management, configuration review, automation, and escalation point for IT support.
This role requires a strong interest in corporate IT topics, such as SaaS, device management, security, and excellent communication skills in English and French.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing IT projects autonomously, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Collecting requirements/needs from internal stakeholders
- Writing specifications and collaborating with technical teams
- Leading project delivery
- Participating in the definition and update of the IT roadmap
The ideal candidate has +3 years of experience working in IT, especially in fields like Operations, Service Delivery, and Project Management. Bonus points for being willing to become an expert on key applications, documenting best practices, and building reports to track performance.
