**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at DomityS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Residence Director in the overall management of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Residence Director in the commercialization of our residences, including marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage a team of approximately 20 colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
  • Oversee the human resources function, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the financial stability and growth of our residence.

**Interacting with Residents**

As a key point of contact for our residents, you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and well-being through the implementation of quality procedures and the organization of our services, including animation, catering, and maintenance.

**Requirements**

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare or social services, at a level 6 (bachelor's degree or higher).
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • You are flexible and able to work a weekend shift every other week.
