The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled communicator, organizer, and relationship-builder to contribute to the management of our Product & Engineering Organization. In this role, you'll foster connections with key stakeholders and spearhead initiatives within PE alongside strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Chief of Staff to the CPO
- Manage the product roadmap creation process, delivering and communicating Product roadmaps every quarter.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to facilitate our flagship customer conference, Innovate event.
- Enhance visibility on product accomplishments, projects, and initiatives at the company and Board levels by coordinating content production.
- Facilitate product senior leadership meetings, including presenter scheduling.
Strategic Program Management
- Oversee the Product Lifecycle Management process, ensuring successful product and feature launches in partnership with stakeholders across the company.
- Run programs and transversal initiatives based on management needs.
Business Planning & Operations for Product & Engineering
- Schedule and act as MC for Product & Engineering All Hands.
- Ensure key documentations are up-to-date and promote internal knowledge-sharing through dedicated events.
- Act as product owner to deliver timely, high-quality technical documentation and Help Center articles.
- Support the Strategic Planning & Operations team with budgeting, cost tracking, purchasing, and reporting related to PE Organization.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in the IT sector and/or in a product management group is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of seniority.
- Autonomous and innovative, with an appetite for continuous learning.
