Tenant de la Gestion de la demande et de la planification de la GBL HPC & Q
Le Junior Forecast Manager est responsable de la gestion de la demande et de la planification de la GBL HPC & Q. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Supply Chain, Achats, Portfolio Mngt et Finances pour assurer la livraison des produits et services de la GBL.
Responsabilités Principales- Fournir mensuellement les forecasts business par type de produits/machines
- Récupérer mensuellement les données sur les ressources disponibles à l'usine
- Préparer une présentation pour la réunion mensuelle avec le management
- Proposer des scenarios d'approvisionnement sur les produits à long lead-time, permettant la livraison des clients dans les délais demandés tout en optimisant les approvisionnements et en minimisant les risques stocks
- Fournir des forecasts spécifiques et des analyses à la demande (étapes du LCP, livraisons clients, approvisionnement de composants, pénuries, fin de vie...)
- Recense et analyse les données réelles pour en tirer les ratios et les statistiques permettant d'ajuster les prévisions
- Consolide les besoins permettant aux Achats d'améliorer les conditions de négociation avec les fournisseurs
- Participe aux communications aux équipes avant-vente sur la disponibilité des produits et sur les événements exceptionnels
- Contribue à l'évolution des outils forecast de la GBL, en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe
- Suit les prêts et le stock de la GBL
- Il (elle) est le garant de la complétude de l'information sur le forecast de la GBL.
- Il (elle) aide à la décision par son expertise en matière de prévisions et ses analyses statistiques
Pour le poste Junior Forecast Manager, nous recherchons un/une candidat(e) ayant des notions du flux de la Supply Chain et de l'activité de l'entreprise. Débutants sont acceptés.
Le profil est de formation supérieure BAC+4 /5, en Supply Chain et/ou logistique et/ou ERP.
