About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Havas Events. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including event coordinators, designers, and vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the events industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
