We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Manager to lead our Enterprise IT Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and recruiting a team of IT Support Technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and recruit for the Enterprise IT Support team to ensure we have the right people with the right skills to deliver exceptional support to our users.
- Service Delivery: Hold the team accountable to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the help desk provides quick and accurate support to our users.
- Policies and Procedures: Create and update policies, standards, and procedures to ensure our team operates efficiently and effectively.
- End-User Experience: Facilitate a culture of end-user self-service through innovative programs, software, documentation, and other resources.
- Escalation Point: Serve as a point of escalation on IT Support issues, providing timely and effective resolution to our users.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing an IT team at an organization with 1000 or more employees.
- Technical Expertise: Experience supporting thousands of endpoint devices, including macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows, and Linux.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, distributed organization.
- Attention to Detail: An incredible attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to our users.
