Dans le cadre de notre croissance soutenue, nous recherchons un Senior Client Relationship Manager pour rejoindre nos équipes.

Vous serez responsable de la gestion des relations avec des clients stratégiques, en développant une approche commerciale adaptée à leurs besoins.

Vos missions incluront :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale ciblée pour un portefeuille de clients.
  • Explorer de nouveaux marchés pour accroître le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité de l'entreprise.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients pour proposer des solutions sur mesure.
  • Offrir des services ou produits complémentaires (vente additionnelle et croisée).
  • Coordonner une équipe avant-vente pour garantir la livraison de propositions structurées dans les délais impartis.
  • Participer à la conception des solutions, tant sur le plan technique que juridique.

Profil recherché :

H/F - Diplômé d'une école de commerce, d'ingénierie ou équivalent, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente complexes et avez une forte appétence pour la vente directe ainsi que la prospection.

Vous êtes capable de créer des relations durables avec vos clients, en pratiquant une écoute active et en interagissant à des niveaux élevés au sein de l'organisation client.

Curieux des innovations technologiques et sectorielles, vous maintenez une forte capacité d'anticipation.

Excellent communicant, vous savez fédérer autour de votre vision et mobiliser tous les acteurs vers un objectif commun.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour mener des négociations fréquentes.
