Össur is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and optimize operational efficiency in our Clinics in France.

About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in guiding financial performance, communicating key insights, and making practical recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Guide performance review meetings and provide actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Communication and Analysis: Effectively communicate financial stories, make recommendations based on analysis, and proactively suggest business problems to address.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Constructively challenge business partner assumptions, generate multiple options to solve problems, and identify effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management and Negotiation: Develop practical compromises, prioritize business problems, and clarify decision trade-offs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Economics or Business Administration.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to explain statistical methodology and provide context.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Open-minded, able to influence decisions, and collaborate.
