Job Description

As a key member of our Electronics Department, you will contribute to the development, qualification, and reliability of electronic and electrical equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct technological analyses of components, cards, sub-assemblies, and equipment during the development, production, and service phases. You will work closely with the design, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure that our products meet the required quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate technical solutions and propose a work program to meet the needs in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines.
  • Provide validated technological analyses and examinations in accordance with the relevant processes and policies, as well as the associated documentation.
  • Contribute to the integration of conclusions and technical solutions at the higher level, analyze technical risks, and propose solutions with the support of the Reference.
  • Contribute to the industrialization and maintenance of the technical solution's performance (during the series phase).
  • Pilot and coordinate activities subject to internal or external subcontracting.
  • Contribute to the development of skills and knowledge within the business entity/project.
  • Communicate on your work.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Electronics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technological analysis or component testing.
  • Be proficient in analysis techniques (microsection, chemical revelation, optical and electron microscopy) and electronic assembly technologies (PCB, brazing, etc.).
  • Have a strong sense of method, curiosity, and analytical spirit.
  • Be fluent in English.
