About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team at Amazon Data Services France SAS. As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including electrical and mechanical equipment, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, including UPS systems, switchgear, circuit breakers, and generators.
  • Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking.
  • Supervise contractors who perform servicing or preventive maintenance.
  • Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required.
  • Ability to work shifts (morning, late, and night).
  • On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls.
  • Perform shift duty as required.
