DevOps Manager for Amadeus Reservation Platform
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to lead our Amadeus Reservation Platform team. As a DevOps Manager, you will be responsible for managing the team in charge of providing Platform and DevOps services to the Reservation organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of top profiles driving toolchain evolutions, providing consulting and tools, and managing the Reservation platform (Kubernetes clusters, Kafka, Datastores)
- Collaborate with central Reservation teams and stakeholders
- Ensure Agile mindset and practices in the team
- Build and manage the team, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and empowerment
- Develop the team based on continuous assessment
- Motivate and guide individual team members to stretch and expand their capabilities
- Define team objectives and translate them into individual objectives for each team member in line with organizational goals
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing input for salary reviews
- Perform interviews to recruit relevant profiles and maintain team spirit
- Support and organize SAFe ceremonies
Requirements
- Several years of work experience and familiarity with Amadeus technologies (Cloud, OBE) is a plus
