We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global OT and Automation Engineering Senior Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational technologies (OT) and automation solutions across our global manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement OT and automation solutions aligned with group standards and best practices.
- Lead the design, installation, and operation of PLC, SCADA, and industrial servers.
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of OT and automation solutions.
- Define mid/long-term projects and capital requirements to develop OT master plans across regions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to quality, maintenance, and safety experts.
- Master's degree in Operational Technologies or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in OT and automation engineering, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial servers.
- Experience in processing automation, including process description, programming, testing, and commissioning.
- Good knowledge of IT/OT solutions for cybersecurity and experience in PLC/SCADA migrations for obsolescence management.
- Change leadership capability and senior stakeholder management skills.
- English mandatory, French highly recommended.
