About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Piaseczno. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for achieving daily and weekly sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering the brand vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including sales, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates
  • Act as the Training Ambassador, ensuring all team members are trained and up-to-date on product knowledge and selling tools
  • Monitor and follow up on quality service through training and coaching
  • Manage people, store operations, and the store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals
  • Monitor a loss prevention program to protect the company's inventory and assets
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months relevant experience leading a retail store team in a management role
  • Excellent understanding of the local retail environment
  • Strong command of the local language and English
  • Excel and Word proficient; good command of MS Office is an advantage
