Key Responsibilities
- Accompany the transformation of our clients in the banking and insurance sectors, particularly in projects related to ESG compliance.
- Participate in the analysis of impacts, framing, and implementation of new regulations.
- Anticipate the impacts of future regulations and actively work on regulatory watch.
- Internally:
- Participate in and build responses to tenders on your specialty.
- Contribute to business development and recruitment.
- Act as a reference for junior consultants.
- Actively participate in initiatives around your communities, domains of excellence, and R&D programs.
- Be an ambassador and actor of the group's CSR initiatives (e.g., skills sponsorship).
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in ESG compliance-related issues.
- Master the subjects of ESG regulation.
- 10 years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors.
- Culture of engagement, team spirit, and sharing of Square Management's values.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5).
