The Role: Deputy Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Director to join our team at our FAM establishment in Boulogne-Billancourt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing its daily operations and contributing to its strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization.
  • Oversee human resources management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and community organizations.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity and support, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all residents.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and management within a medical-social setting.
