Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Communication to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to promote MSF's operations and context news
- Manage and develop MSF's communications activities in the country of intervention
- Coordinate emergency or crisis communications as needed
- Produce and disseminate communication tools and channels
- Manage MSF social network accounts in country
- Monitor news and social media, especially during emergencies or in the framework of a crisis management unit
- Provide media training and facilitate national and international media visits to MSF project locations
- Manage Communication Resources
- At least four years' experience in communications or journalism
- Experience producing communications content
- Professional experience with MSF or other international NGOs in developing countries
- Experience in an international environment
- Advanced knowledge of social networks and proficiency in digital management tools
- Basic audiovisual skills (photography, video, editing)
- Working knowledge of English (C1 level minimum)
