About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for guiding clients on their wellness journey, providing education and demonstrations, and building relationships with our clients. You'll be an authority on our Herman Miller products, ergonomics, features, and benefits, and will be responsible for delivering the Herman Miller Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an authentic educational client experience, guiding clients on their wellness journey.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and engagement, fostering a team dynamic.
  • Prospect for new business, growing existing customers, and developing A&D relationships, building a customer base.
  • Process transactions and sales orders according to company policy.
  • Ensure that visual and experiential standards are always met.

Requirements

  • Retail sales or customer success experience preferred.
  • High energy and personal engagement skills.
  • Experience with a POS system and proficiency with MS Office software, web navigation.
  • Able to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds and to understand safety requirements.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of our clients and promotions, which requires working on weekends and one hour before and after operating hours.
