Role OverviewAs the Engineering Activities Manager, you will leverage your knowledge in this area by providing technical support to our clients through our specialists in lean methodologies, operational processes, supply chain management, logistics, design, and more.
- Enhance business development in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and in collaboration with the sales team;
- Oversee projects with commitments to resources (AT) and deliverables (UO);
- Comprehend, evaluate, and address client and prospect requirements, including technical specifications, billing, and order management;
- Supervise service delivery: establish and lead field teams;
- Engage in the recruitment process for prospective team members;
- Identify and create training programs for your team to foster their technical and operational skills;
Compensation and Perks:
- Permanent contract with managerial designation - CC syntec
- Starting salary of 45k + company vehicle
- Performance bonus + 13th-month bonus
- Meal vouchers of 8.20€/working day

You possess a minimum of five years of experience in industrial sectors such as aeronautics, naval, energy, etc. You have a holistic understanding of operations (commercial, technical, preparation, coordination, quality, project management, LEAN Manufacturing).
