We have a team of 320 experts, strategically located near our clients, who work on major projects in the fields of space, nuclear and renewable energy, aeronautics, automotive, rail, and defense.
We are a key player in the development of innovative solutions and have continuously expanded our activities and expertise in these areas, providing reliable and recognized services to our clients.
GROUPE AVANTIS ENGINEERING also has a manufacturing plant and a research and development center in France.
Our entity, AVANTIS INDUSTRY, works with our clients or at our Mérignac office on projects for the development of industrial tools and equipment in the aeronautics, space, defense, and energy sectors.
Job MissionWe are seeking a:
Business Manager H/F - in alternance
Reporting to the Agency Manager and the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing our "Technical Assistance" activity in the Bordeaux region, with a growth objective.
Your main missions will be:
- Managing and developing a client portfolio in your region
- Implementing your business through Commercial Action Plans
- Mastering margins and optimizing the profitability of your activity
- Identifying key decision-makers (operational, purchasing, service directors...)
- Preparing responses to tender calls
- Building your team of consultants by recruiting and managing talented engineers and technicians
- Market analysis and competition monitoring (competitive intelligence, benchmark...)
- Coordination with various stakeholders (offices, administration, HR...)
- Reporting on your activity and updating the CRM
Possible travel may be required.
ProfileWe are looking for a candidate in training (BAC+2 to BAC+5) in the commercial field, with a desire to alternate for one or two years. Ideally, you have a first experience (including alternation).
Your listening and analytical skills, your network, and your determination will enable you to achieve your objectives and evolve within our structure.
This position is available in alternance as soon as possible at our Mérignac site (33). Remuneration according to the current legal rate.
