M&A Senior Analyst

- Assume responsibilities and leadership in managing the complete M&A process for selected strategic targets, encompassing identification, sourcing, and execution of M&A transactions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire M&A process for chosen strategic targets, including identification, sourcing, and execution of M&A transactions
- Identify and source potential opportunities aligned with our new four-year strategic plan.
- Collect, analyze, and present data on prospective acquisition targets.
- Participate in all facets of the transaction cycle: financial modeling, project structuring, letters of intent, due diligence, contract negotiations, and transaction management.
- Develop financial models, target valuations, and conduct relevant sensitivity and scenario analyses to facilitate investment decisions.
- Foster balanced relationships with business stakeholders and all parties involved in negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Strong educational background: Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.).
- The ideal candidate will possess an international profile, with 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or transaction services.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools, with the ability to construct compelling narratives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and French; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and flexible approach.
- General knowledge and curiosity about our industry is beneficial.
