We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team at 3180 Kyndryl France S.A.S. as part of our Social Impact initiative. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our company's sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internal customer requests related to sustainable development, including RFPs, RFIs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to implement and document Green IT and IT for Green offers.
- Follow up and transformation:
- Ensure the follow-up of CSRD reports, ESG reports, and EgoPro index, and contribute to their publication in partnership with relevant parties.
- Contribute to the implementation of transformative actions within the company's sites, including mobility plans, energy audits, responsible purchasing, and more.
- Orchestrate with various departments to label Kyndryl's CSR approach, including Ecovadis, ISO, INR Label, and more.
- Monitor the ESG framework and regulatory requirements.
Events and Project Management
- Animate and organize team materials, including Yammer, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Build the annual calendar of awareness-raising on CSR topics, including conferences, workshops, webinars, communication campaigns, and more.
- Plan, organize, and lead awareness-raising workshops and employee mobilization.
- Deploy and lead the Social Impact action plan with various stakeholders, including management, employees, customers, partners, and associations.
- Create and animate a community of green ambassadors.
- Ensure the follow-up and loyalty of associative partnerships.
Requirements
- CSR strategy and mastery of CSR/SD issues.
- Control of the extra-financial reporting process.
- Support for the low-carbon transition.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Suite.
