Logistics IT Product Manager

Geopost, a European leader in parcel delivery and solutions for e-commerce, is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the development of its digital transformation strategy. With a proven track record in international logistics and IT project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the rollout of Geopost's C2X shipping application across its subsidiaries.

Job OverviewIn a competitive logistics sector, your primary missions will be:
- To develop and deploy a state-of-the-art digital journey for ad-hoc parcel senders, focusing on private individuals;
- To create a new products offer to comply with small & medium business shipping needs.
You will oversee the delivery activity for C2X shipping applications, supervising the IT delivery team and managing dependencies with other applications to ensure a seamless customer-centric experience.
Your primary objective will be to drive the functional and technical product roadmap while implementing the solution according to rollout priorities. You will work closely with Marketing to establish the roadmap and priorities, taking into account multiple dependencies.
ResponsibilitiesYou will have to coordinate different IT actors (development teams, support teams, etc.) and actively contribute to product vision.
To complete your mission successfully, you will:
- Gather and develop a deep understanding of Geopost's logistics and E-Commerce environment;
- Build the roadmap and rollout strategy of the product in collaboration with Group Marketing and Group IT stakeholders;
- Align the strategy around the product with cross-functional strategic IT initiatives, continuous improvement, innovations.
Main technical environment is Java / Web / Open Source. Solutions architecture can be supported by External outsourced Solutions from the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record as an IT product manager in an international and multicultural environment;
- Global understanding of logistics activities, related processes, and IT ecosystems;
- Good mastering of IT project management practices, IT product lifecycle, and Agile implementation method.
We are offering a highly competitive salary range of $120,000-$160,000 depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, comprehensive training program, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
This role involves occasional travel within Europe and may require relocation to our headquarters in Paris or nearby suburbs.
