As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and financial reporting
  • Lead the finance and accounting teams in California and Israel
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial reporting and compliance
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and relevant accounting pronouncements that impact accounting and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on accounting and financial reporting
  • Proven track record of leading finance and accounting teams in a global organization
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
