Responsibilities:

Scope: Guerbet France

In alignment with the company's commercial strategy and adhering to applicable procedures and regulations:

1. Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and expanding a client portfolio within a designated geographic area.

2. Accountable for achieving revenue targets across the entire product range in both public and private markets.
3. Develops the strategic approach for key accounts, from conception to execution, in line with the company's commercial strategy.

4. Gathers and organizes all relevant information regarding the client account (organization, operations, decision-makers, etc.)

5. Continuously assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs proactively.

6. Coordinates team efforts to define the appropriate commercial strategies and tactics to meet client expectations.

7. Conducts presentations and demonstrations across the full range of products, in collaboration with support functions.

8. Prepares negotiation stages, develops relevant proposals and contracts in coordination with all stakeholders of assigned accounts.

9. Negotiates contract terms with key decision-makers.

10. Ensures smooth contract execution in collaboration with support teams: client satisfaction, payment, invoicing, delivery, and any disputes.

11. Ensures client satisfaction and loyalty within their sector.

Profile:

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in an international environment Graduate from a business school with a specialization in communication or a communication school Fluent in English
