AXA is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes within a project or team.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and methodologies within the project or team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and mitigate quality-related risks.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Mentor and coach QA analysts to improve their testing skills and knowledge of quality assurance practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate testing progress, quality issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a culture of quality within the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

  • Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, or similar systems for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium (preferred skills), Appium, or similar tools for automated testing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others, to script automated tests and understand code-based testing.
  • Familiarity with database management and querying using SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and web services to conduct testing of web-based applications and services.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or others, to assess the performance and scalability of applications.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN to manage test assets and collaborate with development teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar platforms to integrate testing into the development pipeline.
  • Understanding of mobile testing tools and platforms for testing mobile applications across different devices and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and techniques to assess the security posture of applications and identify vulnerabilities.
