Join McPhy Group as an ERP Management Specialist and contribute to the company's mission to support the energy transition with low-carbon hydrogen production equipment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the company's ERP system, ensuring seamless project management and user support. Your expertise in project management and ERP platform management will be invaluable in driving the company's growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
* Project Management: Lead and coordinate ERP-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with international teams.
* User Support & Training: Provide expert support and training to McPhy users, addressing ERP-related queries and ensuring a smooth user experience.
* Engineering Degree or Master: Hold a degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong background in project management and ERP platform management.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in managing ERP platforms.
* Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate and facilitate collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with Italian or German a plus.
