Electrolyzer Project Manager

McPhy Group, a leading European designer and manufacturer of electrolyzers for over 15 years, is seeking an experienced ERP Management Specialist to support its energy transition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our low-carbon hydrogen production equipment forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary contact for McPhy users regarding ERP-related queries.
- Manage and coordinate ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans to facilitate collaboration and ensure international team alignment.
- Engineering degree or Master with project management knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian or German a plus.
- A competitive compensation package, including a fixed salary and bonus.
- 75% reimbursement of public transport costs.
- Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometre, with a 300€ limitation per year).
