Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and market the hotel and restaurant to business-to-business, business-to-consumer, leisure, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the communication and marketing department to create visual materials for marketing, including rack rates, packages, room menus, to-do lists, video presentations, kakemonos, and brochures.
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to increase hotel profitability and turnover.
  • Develop and maintain a customer portfolio, building loyalty to the hotel and restaurant's positioning.
  • Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct sales calls, establish professional relationships, and negotiate contracts with new accounts.
  • Manage reservations during peak season (June to September).
  • Active benchmarking and updating of hotel offers, including study days, semi-residential seminars, residential seminars, packaged stays, and more.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of successful hospitality marketing experience in a similar position in high-end establishments.
  • Excellent presentation, education, and social skills.
  • Strong commitment and motivation.
  • Sales skills and ability to sell value.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Good team player, listening skills, and empathy.
  • Proven knowledge of customer service and experience.
  • Fluent in English, a 3rd language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Lot and the Occitanie region is a plus.
